Reservation terms

Reservation terms:

Following reservation rules built contract between campsite Václav and customer - guest.

In main season - july and august we recommend to make a reservation. Please take care about the reservation conditions.

Reservation is possible all the year, during the main season from min. 7 nights, during off season min. 3 nights. Reservation - email, mail, call. Reservation fee 500,- CZK paid reservation, every change + 300,- CZK extra - fill out our online reservation form and send it back to us per email. (only the online reservation form will be accepted) Each family extra form please. Reservation per phone (for free) during the main season available only 24 h. before arrival, without guarantee.

Minimum payment for 50% in advance... 150,- EUR.

Reservation of mobilhome - payment in advance (part of the total payment)

MOBILHOME: For stay 3-7 nights 100% payment before, 8+ nights 50% payment before. While bank payment please use "OUR" option for the bank fee. In case of late arrival or early leaving without any important reason, there is no moneyback claim. The booked arrival and leaving date is for both partners - camping and guest binding. Late arrival or early leaving - no influence on valid reservation period - the whole stay has to be paid.

Delayed arrival or early leaving does not have any influence on reservation contract , the reason doesn´t matter. All fees and the payment itself have to be paid. In case of not following the reservated arrival day, the reservation will be hold up to the next day - 12 a.m. after this time the reservation will be cancelled without money back.

Our recommendation - Ask your insurance agent for travel insurance, in case of illness, car accident,...

Discounts, discount cards and fair special offers - it is necessary to inform us in the online reservation form

(notice window) Later discount application won´t be accepted.

Reservation - payment:

50% of the complete price for your stay please pay per bank up to 7 days after receiving our email, you find there our contact - adress and bank account information. The rest (50%) of the complete payment pay 6 weeks before your arrival please. Reservation will be accepted after payment 50%.. After receiving your payment, we will send you confirmation - per email.

Arrival and Leaving:

Booked place (mobilhomes as well) will be free from 13.00 a.m. on arrival day to 20 p.m.

Booked mobilehome will be free from 14.00 a.m. on arrival day to 20 p.m.

Lunch break: 12-13

On leaving day the place have to be free to 10 a.m.

Cancellation terms:

1) up to 7 days - free cancellation, no fees

2) between 7th day after reservation confirmation and 6 weeks before arrival - 25% fee from total

3) reservation cancel 6 weeks to 1 week before arrival - 90% fee from total

4) reservation cancel 1 week before arrival - 100% fee from total

In case of early cancellation or late arrival there is no right for moneyback.

Payment back follows up to 4 weeks after reservation cancel confirmation.

Reservation (500,-), administration fee (500,-) and bank fee won´t be paid back.

Cancellation must have written form - email, mail. While early leaving or late arrival we don´t guarantee money back.

Only one discount offer at time (during stay - accommodation) is accepted. We take in count information provided via online reservation form by guest.

Accepting these reservation rules means also that you are agreed with possible restriction in gastronomy - kiosk and

restaurant - in case of staff illness, staffing shortage (due to situation on the market) etc.

We are not responsible for misprints and unknown state changes - VAT, taxes and fees.
